Project 5# process post
Project 5 was definitely an interesting one for, I like the finished product to an extent but I think the process of working through it was very valuable and taught me valuable lessons and that the process of it was more fruitful. First off It made the need for more extensive preparation very apparent to me, I spent probably 70% of the time fixing drawing mistakes and even then I didn't really get the drawing down. For the next project I am 100% using a projector. Also by w

Art conservators repair damaged work, inspect and study work to see how damages happen and change over time, clean work and generally care for the works of art. Education for this field is very specific, people interested would need an art history degree and then possible a minor or dual major in chemistry. For graduate school one would need to go to a specialized conservatory program. Not many schools in the US offer such programs, with NYU and the University of Delaware bei

Claire Tabouret is a French born painter who now works out of LA. She went to school at École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts which is a School in Paris. She has had alot of success with galleries, being represented by the Almine Rech gallery in Paris, and the Night Gallery in LA. Artist Copy Process

Step one: Preliminary out line and scaling up
In this step my main goal was to get the proportions correct and encapsulate the the energy of the composition
Step 2: Replicating the artist mark
For this step I have been trying to replicate the quality of the line and the variety in the thickness of the line.
